SMS / Text Message Terms

1. Program Description

Next Pro Gamer ("NPG," "we," "us") offers an optional SMS notification program that sends transactional text messages to users who have explicitly opted in. Messages relate to your NPG account and may include match notifications, draw and prize-claim alerts, dispute responses, and other account-related activity. This is not a marketing program.

2. How to Opt In

You can enroll in SMS alerts from your NPG profile page by entering your mobile phone number and checking the consent checkbox next to the disclosure text. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number you provide and that you agree to receive automated SMS messages from NPG at that number.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity on the platform. We send messages only in response to events tied to your account (such as a match being found or a prize being awarded), so total volume depends on how often you play.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. SMS messages are sent by NPG through our messaging provider; your wireless carrier will bill you according to the plan you have with them. NPG does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages.

5. How to Opt Out

You can opt out at any time by either:

• Replying STOP to any NPG SMS message; or
• Toggling SMS alerts off in the Notifications section of your NPG profile.

After opting out you will no longer receive SMS messages from NPG unless you re-enroll. Opting out of SMS does not affect email or in-app notifications.

7. Supported Carriers

NPG SMS messages are compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

NPG uses your phone number solely to deliver the SMS messages described above and to maintain a record of your consent (including timestamp, the disclosure text you agreed to, and the IP address and browser used at the time of opt-in). We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

NPG may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above; continued participation in the SMS program after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
